Provost of the School of Mentorship. Holds the academic vision and oversight of the programme. Also serves as Founder & Chairman of Doctors in Ministry on the Board of Trustees.
Dr Mena-Wisdom Ewhrudjakpor is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine and the founder of Doctors in Ministry. His vision is simple and profound: that the calling to medicine and the calling to ministry are not two separate lives, but one integrated Kingdom assignment, and that the fruit of that assignment belongs to everyone.
He is a passionate believer with a strong and growing walk with Jesus Christ. His faith journey has included serving as President of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship, University of Ilorin, General Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Corpers’ Fellowship, Lagos State, and currently leading the Koinonia UK Medical Team under the spiritual leadership of Apostle Joshua Selman.
He is also a graduate of the Koinonia School of Ministry. Through Doctors in Ministry, podcast, mentorship, missions and media, he is building a global movement that opens the wisdom of medicine to the world.
A sought-after speaker who has addressed audiences at the UK House of Parliament, the Financial Times Headquarters and BBC London, Dr Mena-Wisdom E. brings together clinical authority, spiritual conviction and a deep commitment to raising people of purpose.

Dean of the School of Mentorship, leading academic delivery and faculty oversight. Assistant Professor of Pediatrics. Also serves as Vice Chairman of Doctors in Ministry on the Board of Trustees.
Dr Kehinde Adewale Adebisi is a board-certified Paediatrician and Neonatologist, academic physician, and medical educator currently practising in the United States. With over 15 years of medical experience spanning clinical practice, research, teaching, and leadership, he is deeply committed to advancing child health, medical excellence, and Kingdom impact through medicine and ministry.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, in 2011, completed his internship at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, and worked as an Emergency Medical Officer at the Federal Medical Centre, Ido-Ekiti. Driven by a passion for child health, he later relocated to the United States, where he completed his residency training in the Columbia University Pediatrics Program at Harlem Hospital Center, New York, in June 2020. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics.
His academic contributions include multiple research posters presented at scientific meetings in New York and a peer-reviewed publication titled “Readability Assessment of Internet-based Patient Education Materials on Anticoagulation Therapy.” He is also a recipient of the Patient Safety Recognition Award at Harlem Hospital Center for his commitment to quality care and patient safety.
Dr Adebisi serves as Vice Chairman of Doctors in Ministry on the Board of Trustees, and as Dean of the Doctors in Ministry School of Mentorship, where he supports academic delivery, faculty oversight, and the development of purpose-driven leaders. His leadership journey began at the University of Ilorin where he served as General Secretary of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship, and he remains passionate about mentoring young professionals and communicating the Gospel of Jesus Christ with clarity, wisdom, and compassion.

Dr Olabanji Oluwafemi Peter is a devoted Christian leader with a strong passion for spiritual growth, youth development, and service to God’s kingdom. Over the years, he has served faithfully in several Christian organisations, including the Nigeria Christian Corpers’ Fellowship (NCCF), Kubwa Zone, FCT, Abuja, where he served as Coordinator, demonstrating exemplary leadership, integrity, and commitment to advancing the gospel. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Glorious Liberty Christian Church of God (GLCCG), Offa, Kwara State, where he also serves as a pastor. Through his dedication to mentoring, discipleship, and community service, he has positively impacted many lives within and beyond the church community.
Dr Olabanji is a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He served as Team Lead of the West Africa PRO-Cashew Project in Nigeria, a project funded by the United States Department of Agriculture. For many years he was a Training Consultant at McGeorge Consulting Limited, Development & Innovation Center; Principal Consultant (Agriculture) at Niels Mac Limited; and Head of Research and Innovation at SmallGrowr Limited.
He is a Country Representative of the Global Forum for Sustainable Rural Development (GFSRD), a global forum for researchers in rural development headquartered in India.
Known for his humility, teamwork, and unwavering faith, Dr Olabanji continues to inspire believers toward purposeful Christian living and effective kingdom service. He is married to Funmilayo Abiodun, and they are blessed with three children: Grace, Gloria, and Gabriel.

Director of Mentorship and Student Affairs, holding the participant experience, pastoral care and student journey across each cohort. Also serves as Treasurer of Doctors in Ministry on the Board of Trustees.
Dr Chidera Aligbe is a medical doctor and Internal Medicine Trainee based in the United Kingdom, with a special interest in Acute and General Internal Medicine. Having obtained her MD degree and spent the greater part of her professional journey within postgraduate medical training across Greater Manchester, she is deeply passionate about delivering excellent, compassionate, and patient-centred care through the practice of medicine.
Alongside a demanding medical career, she is actively involved in ministry and Kingdom service. She serves within the Koinonia Medical Team and partners with several ministries across the United Kingdom and Nigeria, contributing to initiatives focused on spiritual growth, outreach, leadership development, education, and community impact.
Dr Aligbe also serves as the Director of Mentorship and Student Affairs at the Doctors in Ministry School of Mentorship, where she provides leadership in student engagement, mentorship development, welfare, and pastoral support, helping to shape and nurture the next generation of purpose-driven leaders.
Beyond medicine and ministry, she is passionate about beauty, entrepreneurship, and personal development, having successfully established and managed a hair and beauty business over several years. She is committed to continuous growth, excellence, and service, with a vision to influence lives both within and beyond the medical profession.
She is happily married to Mr Ifeanyi Nwabekwu, and together they are devoted to serving the purposes of God and advancing Kingdom impact through faith, leadership, and service.

Victor O. Agada is a Creative Designer with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact design across diverse industries. He is the CEO of Ruach Creative Media Consult Ltd., a design, branding, and advertising firm built on strategic and visually compelling creative solutions.
He graduated as the best student in the 2015 set of his Quantity Surveying programme, holds a Master’s degree in Project Management, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Quantity Surveying. The combination has strengthened his strategic thinking, research depth, and capacity to manage complex projects from concept to delivery. He also holds over eight professional certifications in branding, graphic design, and creative communication from reputable design institutions in the United States.
Victor volunteers as Design Creative Director at Koinonia Global, a faith-based movement with presence in over 140 countries, where his work supports brand and design initiatives that reach a global audience of more than 10 million. He is the creative mind behind the design and branding of Koinonia Global’s Sound of Revival across the United Kingdom, Canada, Nigeria, and the United States, work that has given him deep insight into culturally responsive communication, audience engagement, and globally scalable design.
He is also a graduate of the Koinonia School of Ministry under the leadership of Apostle Joshua Selman, where he emerged as first runner-up in his set. His expertise spans brand identity design, visual communication, UX/UI, print and digital media, product packaging, campaign assets, and creative strategy, with a particular gift for transforming organisational goals and brand strategies into visual systems that work consistently across every platform and touchpoint.
At Doctors in Ministry, Victor leads the media and communications work, shaping how the movement is seen and heard across podcast, social, print, and every other channel. His blend of academic depth, creative expertise, ministry training, and practical leadership equips him to carry the visual story of Doctors in Ministry with both excellence and conviction.

Dr Idaminabo is an internationally recognised lawyer, entrepreneur, reputation strategist, and global development advocate whose work has significantly contributed to elevating Africa’s voice, influence, and leadership on the world stage.
A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), United Kingdom, he is widely respected for his contributions to leadership, business innovation, reputation management, and international development. He is an alumnus of Oxford and Glasgow Caledonian University, with a distinguished career spanning law, academia, entrepreneurship, public service, and global affairs. His achievements have earned him recognition by Forbes as one of Africa’s leading young entrepreneurs and inclusion among the 100 Most Influential Young Africans. He was also honoured with the prestigious 40 Under 40 UK Award in recognition of his exceptional leadership and impact.

Holds the safeguarding remit across the movement, with a particular heart for children and young people.
Dr Worship Tega Ewhrudjakpor is a medical doctor with over eight years of clinical experience, currently practising within the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom. She is dedicated to the practice of medicine with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, empathy, integrity, and holistic patient care, consistently striving to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
A lover of Jesus, she is devoted to advancing the Gospel and impacting lives through both ministry and service. She carries a strong passion for the growth, development, and holistic wellbeing of children and young people, with a desire to help individuals discover purpose, build character, and fulfil their God-given potential.
Her leadership journey began during medical school, where she served as President of the Rhema Chapel Christian Fellowship and as Female Preclinical Coordinator of the Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA) Students’ Arm, University of Ilorin Chapter. These formative leadership roles helped shape her enduring passion for Christian leadership, mentorship, discipleship, and Kingdom service.
She currently serves as Safeguarding Lead within Doctors in Ministry, where she provides oversight and guidance in fostering a safe, supportive, and accountable environment for participants, students, families, and ministry activities.
As a member of the organisation’s Board of Trustees, she brings together clinical experience, leadership insight, wisdom, and a heart for people in supporting the vision and long-term mission of the ministry.
She is happily married and blessed with two wonderful children, and remains committed to serving God, strengthening lives, and advancing Kingdom impact through ministry, leadership, and service.
As the missions arm of Doctors in Ministry grows, we are appointing regional Mission Heads to coordinate medical and Kingdom outreach across the world. Africa is being held by Dr Femi Olabanji. The other four regional Heads will be appointed as the work expands.

Canadian-based Family Physician, healthcare leader and medical educator. Medical Director at Poseidon Care Centre and Fred Douglas Lodge, Winnipeg. Passionate about healthcare leadership, physician mentorship and faith-driven service.
Dr Mollie Atainyang is a Canadian-based Family Physician, healthcare leader, medical educator, and mentor with extensive experience spanning clinical practice, healthcare administration, leadership development, and physician mentorship. She is deeply committed to advancing patient-centred care, strengthening healthcare systems, and raising purpose-driven leaders through medicine, mentorship, and ministry.
She earned her medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine, St. Kitts. She moved to Canada and completed residency training at the University of Manitoba and subsequently practised Emergency Medicine in rural Manitoba before establishing her medical practice in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Dr Atainyang currently serves as Medical Director at Poseidon Care Centre and Fred Douglas Lodge, where she provides strategic leadership in long-term and continuing care. She also serves as an examiner for Canadian medical qualifying examinations and remains actively involved in physician education and assessment.
Driven by a passion for healthcare leadership and system transformation, Dr Atainyang completed the International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL) program at McGill University. Her leadership interests include healthcare innovation, physician mentorship, collaborative leadership, diversity and inclusion in healthcare, and strengthening healthcare delivery systems.
Beyond clinical and academic leadership, Dr Atainyang is passionate about mentorship, ministry, and community impact. During her university years, she served as Vice President of Christ Ambassadors Students Outreach (CASOR) and Treasurer of the Joint Campus Christian Fellowship, where she demonstrated a strong commitment to student leadership, spiritual growth, and community building.
She has attended the Koinonia School of Ministry and also serves as a key member of the central planning committee for Koinonia regional conferences under the leadership of Apostle Joshua Selman.
She also serves as the Regional Assistant VP for USA & North America for YouthQuake, and as Chief Financial Officer for PressIn, a gathering of young believers who deeply hunger and thirst for God’s presence. Their passion is expressed through creating atmospheres filled with worship, the Word, and prayer, along with charitable outreach that includes caring for the poor, visiting prisons, and many other acts of service.
She continues to invest in mentoring young professionals and emerging leaders, with a focus on excellence, integrity, service, and faith-driven leadership.
